A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been dispatched. An order acknowledgement or order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Products being unavailable

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment issues

we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payment already taken.

4. Price, VAT & Payment

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before payment is completed.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to:

  • Proceed at the correct price, or

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund

If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
